I'm going to use this as a motivational blog for myself to lose the unwanted weight I've gained, like the freshman 15 from starting college. I want to fit into my cute clothes again and feel comfortable in my skin again. So OCTOBER 2012..here I come.

but hey like afterwards you feel pretty good and you might have a little trouble waking but it’s a good move and it helps build strength
Hi! I’m Victoria. I’m 22 & 5’7”. I have high blood pressure, a bad foot from a break over 8 years ago, I don’t really like vegetables, had my gallbladder removed my senior year, suffer from bi-polar disorder, PCOS, & used to have a pocket full of excuses. On the left, I was not at my highest weight but its one of the only pictures I have of myself where you can truly see how big I once was. I’m wearing size 24 jeans & was in complete denial of my size. On the right is me a few days ago, just shy of 199lbs & 95lbs down. It’s surreal for me to look at the photo on the right & know that’s me without sucking in, without crazy angles I had to take 13 shots of before I was satisfied, & without “spanx.” This took me a little over a year, so YES, even if you’re sitting at 250lbs or 300lbs right now, with hard work YOU can do this, too. No one else is going to change your life for you, NO ONE else.
You are the only one holding yourself back. Every time you say “I’ll start Monday,” “Just one more bad meal,” “Tomorrow,” “I’ll go on a walk after this episode,” YOU are the one setting yourself up for FAILURE. So GO! Get UP! GO on a walk. GO play with your kids. GO to the gym. GO push play on that workout DVD gathering dust. GO look at all those informational how to’s you “liked.” GO cook one of those healthy recipes that you thought looked so good. GO try to do a sit up or a pushup. Just GO & if you don’t, don’t you ever dare tell anyone you’ve “tried everything” to lose weight. END THE TREND OF OBESITY STARTING WITH YOU.
Anything’s possible with a little hard work. Never give up and never give in. Stay beautiful. ❤
